Thread regarding 3M layoffs

RSUs disappear in Fidelity?

A few weeks ago I noticed that the unvested RSUs in my Fidelity account disappeared/weren’t visible. I figured it was due to the Solventum split and associated stock changes.

However, I just checked and I still can’t see any of my RSUs in my account. Before calling Fidelity I wanted to check if it was the same for everyone else.

Any idea when they’ll be added back/visible again? Perhaps when they announce and grant our RSUs for this year (which was delayed due to the Solventum split)?

Thanks. I primarily use the Fidelity mobile app but sometimes log in online via the standard Fidelity login page. No such pinned announcement is visible in either.

I just went to 3M go and accessed the 3M-specific landing page for the first time. There, I do see the announcement. For those like me who do not use the 3M landing page, they also probably missed it.

I checked my email and did receive the email November 8 from 3M communications notifying of the RSU split process and blackout period. I did not receive any further communication or emails from 3M or Fidelity about the blackout period after that, from what I can see.

Guess I’ll check again in May to see if the blackout period has officially ended as they seem a bit noncommittal on a specific date by indicating “end of April.”

Yes, the announcement is right at the top of the fidelity account landing page.

They notified everyone. You won't be able to see them until the end of the month.
