Time to go home and relax until you find new rodeo. Stop sc--wing up CSCO!

Step 1 - Move responsibilities from AMs and SEs to post sale Cx roles - thus saving cash with lower salaries and no commision.
Step 2 - Give sales a damn good haircut, make them work harder for those deals.
Step 3 - Outsource Cx roles to cheaper places where you have a nice pool of TAC folks desperate to do something else.
Congratulations you just added to shareholder value by reducing costs.
If CSEs are so good, why is Cisco's revenue tanking?
Why are Juniper's revenues going down? Why are HPE's revenues going down? Why is Arista's growth slowing for five consecutive quarters? Why do we as customers have to pay large licensing fees to Cisco to do their QA for them?
Hint: there is more to industries than one company's CSEs.
If CSEs are so good, why is Cisco's revenue tanking? Why are Services so bad? They started to decline when Maria arrived. The CSE role is 10% customer value and 90% internally focused. There has been no growth at Cisco with this role. Keep hiring, and double down on what's not working.
Just what we need, more Carl H’s
AM's clearly are seeing the value of CSE's otherwise Cisco wouldn't be investing in more. Helping customers adopt and realize value, wow what a horrible thing!
Another clueless, dead weight sales person blaming others for their incompetence. Good riddance.
Frozen req is for the other group and does not affect CX. We can hire and we did. You guys need to put on the CX lens.
We just hired a CSE 2-3 week ago. Are you even in CX?
Not hiring, reqs frozen
Thanks! I am home, relaxed and my bank account is fattening up on C!sco. Nothing wrong with that.
Nay sayers are just jealous. We are still hiring, guys.
