This company is going down fast. With the IBR crushing us daily, JSL dropping the cust and letting us to the dirty work for them, increasing the metrics and making them unattainable and making them the permanent folks for chat/sms.....just WOW Wayfair! You truly don't care about the customer experience, if you did, you wouldn't be doing this.

JSL called a CT a *ch in digital and the CT posted it to Reddit. The rep was removed but nothing happened to JSL. The C suite knows and doesn’t care. Wayfair would rather save money than save customers.
This offshoring is a real threat to our jobs.
Should make the news. Not a US company anymore, off shoring just about all the jobs.
They laid off a bunch in customer service today and will be offshoring their jobs.
JSL is a huge problem right now, they are setting the phone agents up big time. Something needs to be done about them. They are purposely lying to customers and then asking for a 5 star survey for their lies. The customers then call in when they know they have been lied to and the phone agents get the wrath.
