This must be the UPs "How we win together" plan. Has anyone else been to that class? You would think that if the class the conductors have to take on how to inspect trains that's done by computer rather than in a classroom with "hands-on" training, that this "How we win together" class could've definitely been done by computer based rather than classroom lead. But than again, we're talking about the UP here and you can't spell a certain word without "U" and "P."

That's what happened here in Denver. They put on a traveling carman and cut all the others. Now we have utility men doing the airtests. Well so-called airtests. We still haven't been properly trained on how to do airtests the right way. Not only that, but when something goes wrong, we have no clue what to do.
Conductors don’t even walk their train anymore.. Used to be conductor walks train, if there’s a problem, then call carman. Now it’s we have air problems, I’m taking a nap. while the carman walks my train
Conductors are taking a CBT so they can get rid of carman. What could possibly go wrong?
