Thread regarding Fidelity Investments layoffs

I know most of us put pay at the top of our job considerations, but once I realized that the pay is not what's the most important to me anymore, there were many, many jobs available for me. I want a job that has at least some job security, a normal culture, and a positive work environment. All the things Fidelity is missing right now. Instead of first researching pay, I researched those things. I applied to several positions and immediately landed several interviews. Yes, the pay is lower. But 15 percent is bearable if it's going to do away with my mental stress. I'll be happy to make the move if I get an offer.
