trust me when rick takes over it’s going to be no party. He’s ex McKenzie will fit right in number cruncher that will just not give two hoots about employee morale or engagement so don’t look forward to rick . He’s certainly no prize has a personality like an android.

Sometime later this year or early next after TDA is fully absorbed. Walt will get credit for leading us through the biggest acquisition in the history of the industry. Rick will be tasked with ushering us into the next era. It's just too bad his personality is that of a 2x4.

Walt was named co-chair in 2022. He won’t fully leave.
My speculation is that they have primed the Street for Rick anticipating Chuck’s departure. They prepped over a decade ago with the logo change. Notice how Chuck is italic and grey, not solid and black as Schwab is? When Chuck passes we’ll drop Charles, become Schwab and then see a new logo a bit later.
Back to Ricky. Likely waiting for solid numbers or another good news quarter.
