@xkrq-is a long retired estimator with zero knowledge of anything about SF in the last 10 years. No one recognized his retirement and has been hurt ever since. He is easy to spot because his posts lack any specifics and are just insults to management or political nonsense. He has no hobbies no friends and no life. A sad example of a wasted retirement.

Youve been fake posting this "omg i love work from home so i can slack off" for like 4 years now. You dont work for State Farm, otherwise you know if you did any of that it would show in your metrics. Keep on pretending though! You should look on youtube for a more interesting hobby though. Not sure what this company did to you to have you posting so long and non stop.

I disagree that the CEO shouldn't be criticized and also the CEO was on the Board at the same time! Yes the Board is ultimately the problem, but they are being selected as passive, and willing accomplices to the whims of the CEO in his get rich scheme.

Not a single person posting here seems to understand that Tipsord was hired by the board to do what they wanted, and was rewarded for achieving what they wanted. What do you think the next CEO will be like? Its up to the board of directors. Given the huge bonuses tipsord got, id expect more of the same it seems to be making the board of directors happy. So its fun an all to make it personal, but, the CEO does what the board wants or gets removed by force, or in our case, rewarded handsomely for a job well done.

Now a job well done for who is the real question isnt it? Its not for the owners (policyholders) or the employees.

What im saying is you all need to focus on the source of the problems, not the person put in place to make it happen.

I love State Farm! Could some things be improved sure, just like every employer. I get fair pay and really good benefits. I enjoy my team members and the WFH flexibility is fantastic!

Every one of you will learn to loathe SF. The company has lost its brand. Trust none of those arrogant condenscending elites.

Farney is just another useless id-iot raised in Bloomington, IL, from the good ole boy network, that won't undo all the mistakes/ toxic culture MT created as it would make him look even worse. Tipsy's buddy! The call today was like side show BOB! That was pathetic. The problem with someone that has basically never left Bloomington/corporate perceive those places as normal America and it can't be further from the truth. They are clueless..stuck in the 80s and 90s in the cornfields of IL, where chest hair and a gold chains are still cool. SF.... where is all your DEI now with this promotion????? Same ole, same ole! Joke! More record losses to come!

Tippy probably hasn’t been this happy since when the monkers were touring near his home town in the early 70s.

You don’t generate a $27 Billion underwriting loss and add $50 Billion to net worth. The unaffiliated stock portfolio in a strong market saved their bacon. Record growth and record losses go hand-in-hand.

Where are the pro-Tippy nerds out there who kept defending him, saying the Board knows what they are doing etc. meanwhile the outhouse goes up in flames. I guess
they'll be pro-Farney now the bar is low for improvement
