Xerox would much rather you throw all that hazardous waste in the dumpster. Ink and toner in a local landfill is much better than you selling it on eBay. After all, everyone knows the only department that actually works at Xerox is Corporate Security. Those clowns.
DocuSP should be a Superfund site.
