I’m excited to announce to all of you plebs that after many months of planning we are now rolling out the EB band promotional framework, and we now can compensate and incentivize ourselves even better than before! Any suggestions for improvement?

I would suggest another reorganization. Every time we reorganize we make crazy money. Can we do it more often? It also keeps the employees engaged feeling like children again playing musical chairs.
