Thread regarding Phillips 66 layoffs

Garland Leaving

Greg Garland is leaving his position as Executive Chairman of the Board ahead of the Annual Meeting on May 15th.
This seems sudden, has anyone heard any reasons behind his departure? Was he ousted?

Greg - As a result of Business Transformation, I regret to inform you that your position has been eliminated. As a result, your tenure with the Company will end on May 15th. Thank you for your service.

Should have this conversation with some of the other ELT members as well.

Seems fitting. Build Stoney like you want it. Then leave company and disposition it into your personal portfolio. The ranch does get hot in west tx summers.
