Max of one year for severance is quite generous. Most companies only give a max of 3 months severance.

Sounds like the same as the 2021 VRBP, except the VRBP had an extra benefit for medical coverage.

That's the standard severance for job elimination so yeah.

hearing two weeks for each year of service and four weeks for the first year of service - so with 10 years of service, that would be 22 weeks of severance
