Boeing was a once great company that was highly respected and had high quality work until a culture of cost cutting and obsession with the stock price over all other things has put the company in the spot it is in today. That same culture seems to be the new Chevron Way. Are we going to be like Boeing and its too late to change course?

When DEI becomes priority, everything else falls by the wayside. Enjoy your progressive utopia!!!
Are we going to be like Boeing and it’s too late to change course? ANSWER: Yes.
You may not know this, but a few years ago, Chevron thought it was a brilliant idea to install blowout doors all over the place on every floor of its office buildings as quick emergency escape devices. We all know how that brilliant Boeing idea worked out for one of Alaska Airlines recently. As we get closer to potential layoffs again at Chevron, carefully examine your surroundings and the location of your workstation/office. When the executives decide it’s time for more layoffs, the first thing they could do is to deploy those blowout doors (and out you will go).
We’ve already fu---d up our safety culture. MW and MN completely gutted the chevron way when Watson retired, taking out all references to safety. How many lives has that cost?
Absolutely. It is only a matter of time before the next Macondo accident. People will pay with their lives in order to further line shareholder pockets.
It's disgusting.
