They reorg like twice a year every year. I'm not sure the reorgs are helping

Youngin, the posts here are more negative than the reality. The reason is, those of us who got hurt have more motivation to post.

That said, the reality isn't great. Inflation-adjusted revenues have declined >20% over the past decade. Those declining revenues cause layoffs.

SAS is not going out of business anytime soon. But we old-timers are sad because we see no plan to stop its decline.

I’ve been lurking for a while now just reading. Been at SAS less than a decade myself. Are things really as bad as people say? Don’t get me wrong I have noticed some people who I don’t even know what they do, and feels like since I’ve started every second person is a manager or director now. But by reading the posts here the vibe is like the company is on the brink of failure and is pretending not to be.
