Is it just that companies are finally wrapping up year end? Getting ready for rate decreases? I haven’t changed anything on my end.
Same, something shifted last week. Only two interviews in 4 months, and now 5 interviews set up for next week.
I got 2 interview requests last week & it was a desert from October until then.

Yes. If you watch the market, the first sign of recovery is when recruiters start landing new roles. They are always the canary in the coal mine. I started seeing those roles fill last month. I am also getting a lot more unsolicited activity beginning mid last week.

Some of it is likely bonuses and annual budget approval - it takes time for reqs to follow. Not all companies are on year end or October budgets.
