Did anyone else attend the CSS AMM where they spent half hour on “rumors,” about the EC? The approach was completely classless, to the point I was shocked.
Why are they not focusing on the day to day challenges? Whose ego in the EC got hurt and whose lack of EQ decided to add the rumors to the meeting?
Do other orgs have slides dedicated to rumors and the truth?? Or is CSS the joke?
Did they address specific rumors? If so which ones?
Rumor: Walt works from home 4 days a week.
Truth: That is false. Walt works from home 5 days a week.
Instead of worrying about rumors they should deal with the infighting and backstabbing going on within the EC.
What were the "false rumors"? Curious because most, if not all, are likely true.
Yes CSS is a joke. Always has been. Garbage VPs that sit in their office all day ignorant of how bad our clients treat us.

The priority is to always protect Walt and the EC. No bad press or publicity is tolerated. Their reputation must be cleansed and protected. A giant echo chamber and circle of how great he is/they are.
No, but rumors?
It’s not rumor when their greed is public. Or their failure to manage the company. Or how they lost our trust.
Surveys, emails and propaganda meetings will continue. Improvements? Just a rumor.
