Cisco Equity Awards portal access at Schwab after separation for RSU and ESPP Cisco shares

Does Cisco remove employee access from Schwab Equity Awards portal for RSU and ESPP? Does one need to move these vested RSUs shares to another brokerage? I understand ESPP could stay there as well for ever, and could be sold upon qualified or before. But most importantly, does Cisco mandate transferring these vested shares elsewhere or lose these in Equity Award portal?

Those currently on LR should get their RSUs accelerated to vest through May 15. Those un-vested past May 15 should become void and useless.

There are different version of facts out there, so could previous employees confirm or deny their experiences with Equity Awards portal at Schwab? Have you transferred Cisco RSU/ESPP vested shares elsewhere or still keeping at Equity Awards?

What @1hwv+1rm2wlCX said. You do NOT have to move the ESPP and/or RSU shares out of the brokerage account. AFAIK, you can't transfer them. Any unvested RSU's are lost when you are terminated, and you lose access to the internal Cisco "stocks" site that shows your ESPP & RSU history, so download the data as an Excel spreadsheet or CSV file while you still can.

Log into the Charles Schwab or Morgan Stanley brokerage account and setup your personal email address and phone #'s so that you can "reset" the password and/or recover the password if needed.

Another thing to take care of is to register or request access to ADP to get access to your paystubs and year-end tax forms. When you're an employee, you have to access it via a trusted device and Duo.

I left Cisco over a year ago and your brokerage account stays. I had Morgan Stanley though. However, make sure that you change your login email address to a non-cisco one and check the recovery phone numbers in the system. Otherwise you lock yourself out.
