I think they'll start the next wave in early Q2.
All the costs from Q1 layoffs can be captured in Q1 Financials.
So likely want the same thing for Q2.

Baker’s have become class acts in managing to make regular redundancies, whilst all the time keeping the numbers below the minimum required to be reported to the various Labour authorities.
Meanwhile on the Coal Face, the clandestine redundancies have been apparent for years now.
But never mind about that, just look at the smashing PowerPoint Presentations.

Yes expect the invitation just after payday either this month or April. If your LM tells you that you have to attend this meeting, its not avoidable or negotiable to miss it, treat this as a red flag, you are at RoR. What you decide to do next is up to you, but be realistic if you try to Find another role within the company. Good Luck everyone

With much respect but they hopefully will be coming soon. In some regions unfortunately we'll have to wait until March / April for compliance reasons. Are you ok?
