Schwab is company with no morals , no work ethics , no tech innovation either you work hard or don’t work ..politics is win. I see my manager and lead don’t even understand when any production issue pops out. they just look out for me to resolve the issue once I resolved it they ask me word by word copy paste response for there managers. What irony such people in this company still exist and they survive since they are at such position because of politics.i am on job market as soon as I got good opportunity I wanna say by bye Schwab.
On the 11th. Start my new job 4/1 (not a joke, but I get the irony).
