To the question asked about offshore CSR, yes. They already have a ton of Jamaican frontline, customer service agents working now. They work the digital functions in frontline. I believe the phone agents are still only in North America. At least for now. I think any attrition of NA customer service agents, will be backfilled in Jamaica as well.
You mean like offshore CSR?
If there was layoffs it would have been in small numbers and not something announced to all, as they have been doing since October. A lot of departments are probably going to see that happen sooner than later, but they have to have replacements ready to take over first. Good luck to all in the coming months. This company still is not seeing a profit and they get that profit by eliminating your jobs.
