Monish seems pretty low profile lately considering he is our only president. Has anyone seen him lately? Maybe he isn’t the heir apparent? (FINGERS CROSSED!!)

I hope that he is getting a pounding from the Solventum CFO for trying to make Solventum take on even more debt when spinning off.
Chilling with Vale
He’s consulting thru Kearny for GE.
Could he be working on chapter 11 for remainco after the spin?
Phony cost savings are plentiful when using the GE playbook. Look at all those pretty Pareto charts!
Preparing to outsource more 3M jobs. He loves making consultants and outsourcers more money. Would be willing to bet there are incentives in his emplyment deal for phony cost savings.
Probably working on numbers. How many workbees need to go to save his butt.
Monish better be working on finalizing the exchange ratio and communicating how many shares of Solventum shareholders will receive per share of 3M, setting the record date, and other details of the spin.
Reviewing plans for his new private bathroom, and gold leaf covered toilet.
When you sell your soul.... like 99% of the execs (how many countless lives & families have you ruined?) ... you have to give the devil a little alone time so you can kiss the ring.
If he truly is MR's successor then he has been globetrotting and meeting with execs at key customers and financial institutions to pave the way for a smooth transition and to sell a message of strength and stability. Which is 10 lbs of sh*t stuffed in a 5 lb bag given M&M's track record.
He's probably already put Benson on notice that he expects an overhaul of the CEO office--especially the bathroom--and unless she wants to go the way of the last EWS leader who told him 'no' to a private sh*tter she'd better hop to it.
Enjoying his “exceeds” expectations far far from HQ
Likely watching disgusting po-n in his basement.
