Question is did the cut the right people. We have been a partner of Xerox for the better part of 25 years and the so called "management" in the past 15 years has been weak, and incapable of leading the company through this transition. Xerox has failed because the CEO's. Thoman, Mulcahy, Burns, Jacobsen, and Visintin. Bad leaders making bad decisions.

At the VP level, their severance was probably already determined when they negotiated their compensation package. So they may not have received any "severance" but they'll be getting paid one way or another.

US is 12 weeks, other countries labour law gives employees more if a job is eliminated due to restructuring.
