Why are there so many people in these sessions. Honestly what do these people do when they are not giving these sessions. It looks like there is a person for every small thing brand, real estate, plumbing, book it... do we really need these many resources just to bring people in office.

Welcome to a Fortune 150 company. The person running facilities isn't going to be the same person as running back to office programs. Like your janitor isn't also your HR rep.

The culture is lost and it’s not coming back with the current leadership. They need to tear everything down just to build it back up again. Board of Directors needs to clean house. All T directs need to be let go as well as a decent amount of the MD’s they brought in.
