Nielsen Town Halls are attempts to be transparent but since they have been a crapshow, they have slowly removed all employee participation.
Corporate does not realize how every attempt they make to rally and inform the remaining staff just makes things worse.
Employees have no respect for KR. He may be brilliant but does not belong as the face of Nielsen; or at least not the face the employees see.
