Thread regarding Nielsen layoffs

Why do they bother us with “transformation” and other corporate speak?

Let's stick to bare bones: this is a sh---y company which has been treating their employees with utmost disrespect. They managed to create incredible drama out of layoffs for months, completely disregarding the fact that we are human beings with actual lives, worries and bills to pay. “Transformation” is just a money-extraction scheme, and no amount of cash will make leadership respect themselves as professionals and persons. Every other version of a story and all buzzwords are just a more waste of our time. Who cares about the future of this company? I don’t.
