New HR Leader on Deck is the ex-Vonage head of HR. Not even HR can be objective and independent. It also must be slanted and part of the old crew! Why push REPEAT on Vonage Strategy? Why not devise a plan that works for the unique nature of a long-term, legacy organization during unique economic times? Vonage was a start-up that pivoted strategy. Avaya is the furthest thing from a start-up! This isn't a strategy. This is lazy business leadership!
