Decision making in c-suite and board is pretty simple Just train an AI on their decisions and bo-m now you have degenerative AI management. It was so successful in selecting who to cut in the latest RIF, no reason to believe it wouldn’t be just as effective deciding when and where to randomly cut business functions. We’re already working for robots
We need some new generation "terminators" that can lay off people with respect showcasing the value of care. One of the standard question must be "How do you do?" to show compassion and interest in mental health. AI could be great with that and actually generate better responses than the ones provided yesterday at the all hands.
