I was ‘aged’ out of Fidelity 3 yrs ago. In the middle of Covid. Chapter reorg in technology that targeted 55 plus. They can call it what they want but they aged out many individuals saying tech skills no longer matched job description. I was an executive, they were not paying me for my tech skills.
Definitely age discrimination.
