In the OPG townhall it was mentioned that in 2019 we were #1 and then after 2020 we dropped to where we are now. A good lesson that layoffs and all the constant change has crushed the business. Our current management strategy is try more of that with layoffs and cost cutting. So I guess we are transforming to lose and we can lose in any environment the way we are going. Wake up management and try a different strategy that re-envirgorates a disengaged and frustrated workforce. Layoffs and cuts is not the way to do it even if that excites you all!
