It will be enough when they have successfully moved most of the operations overseas. Facts are facts and it is cheaper to pay people in India and Jamaica to do your job. I wouldn’t get comfortable in the fact your job, no matter what department you’re in is safe. Especially when they can hire someone else to do your job for 1/8 the cost.

What's enough? There is 3000 of them now.

Frontline will not be on the chopping block until they have enough overseas agents to fill the gaps. They are hoping the added misery they have put on that team will just encourage them to quit, leaving room for more overseas agents to fill those spots. All of the specialized team rolls that were gutted in the NA have already been replaced by Jamaican agents , this includes SET, RMT, and a lot of RPops. These jobs were eliminated in the NA to hire people at a fraction of the pay. I believe this will ultimately be the fate of all eventually.
