Another round in April

Mostly Green Square redundancy that didn’t get the axe in the previous rounds.

I’d love to see the RTO related departures impacts, heard a bunch of people just hanging around to see if they actually do get 73% of their bonus opp.

If the business complains of "slow delivery and frequent outages". Wait till it is outsourced to people who can't speak english over 1/2 world away - they will still need people in the office to interpret between the Business idi)ts and the ones who can't speak English several time zones away - just watch

You can track departures using the white pages under Walt or your division. Just track regularly. It’s a net figure, but hiring shouldn’t cloud large departures much.

Expect 1% for bonus. HR is likely projecting another 1-3% for RTO rebels (stand firm heroes!). And then the regular quarterly 100-300. April, or post transition redundancy, is a few more.

Of course the EC will use their new raises and bonuses to protect hundreds more…
