There was a CS&T Town hall on Tuesday. Maybe your area isn't under this department.
The announcement won’t come until after the full year 2023 annual financial report drops.
Guys, when other companies have outsourced RK ops to Infosys and Accenture, the announcement is made at the time of the layoff announcement. They have all said some of you will be laid off, some transferred to the other company, and some will stay. The individuals found out a few months later which category they fell into. The plan is already solid once announced due to the publicly traded nature of the companies involved. The announcement is coming before May from reputable sources. I have not heard February at all.

I am not sure when this town hall happened. The only one I knew was from T talking about the North Star and the other one by Kourtney and did not hear anything about layoffs or outsourcing.
When did this happen and please share any info. This could have been group specific townhall.

Apparently, no one listened in the last town hall meeting!!!! I don't remember his name, he mentioned record keeping and he also mentioned 3 third party outsourcing companies AND it was also mentioned that a big announcement will be coming soon. Pay attention people....wow!
I keep hearing about record keeping layoffs and outsourcing and project Andrew at end of February and all that. TBH I am not exactly sure what to believe. I mean there are no signs of new company coming in to take over. It is not a switch that you can just flip and someone starts working, it needs some time and training I would guess. Layoffs, now they can happen anytime to anyone. We will just wait and see - this is end of Feb so not sure what the rumor is all about.

I heard Record Keeping Service.... Operations Department. Layoffs or being outsourced to another company soon. Announcement is supposed to happen at the end of February.
There is supposed to be a Record Keeping Services “Transformation” coming sometime!
