Sorry but that is the furthest thing from the truth…go troll and incite negativity elsewhere. Also, my guess is you haven’t spent anytime working for or alone side of CS. He was by far one of the best leaders at FP! Mattel’s leadership ignorance and a lack of understanding the appropriate business model for FP is what created its downfall. The only thing the real truth hurts are the unfortunate people regrettably being affected at FP.

ABOUT TIME! He and his team had YEARS to turn things around. They blamed everyone they could, added overhead (too many VP's) and someone finally realized a total lack of talent in Design and Marketing. Time to CLEAN HOUSE. Get rid of the VP's. Sorry, but the TRUTH HURTS.

CS is a talented guy and will land on his feet. As long as FP is saddled to Mattel, it will suffer.

An amazing leader who understood the culture at FP. Unfortunately the cost of ownership by Mattel resulted in FP’s slow demise. As good as CS was, it just prolonged the inevitable. Instead of a costing system to make FP flourish, Mattel enacted a one size fits all system out of greed and ignorance

Itsa bad thing for FP. CS is incredibly talented and really knows FP. It’s too bad Mattel didn’t give him more freedom as he could make FP flourish again.
