I’ve been coming into the office 3 days per week but says 2 over the last 4 weeks in workday. YTD and last 8 week numbers are higher which seems weird given the holidays and I go in 3x consistently. No one from HR has yelled at me yet but just curious, are they no longer using this system? Is there a reason it might be reading wrong?

Submit an HR case challenging the number of days. Provide the days you worked in office over the last 4 weeks and ask for any discrepancies. This has happened to me three times and all three times they fixed my days. Unfortunately, you need to make a habit of checking every Monday otherwise it becomes more difficult to remember which days you came into the office.
If it's wrong, have your manager reach out to HR. Last year, they "missed a day of swipes" 4 times that I'm aware of because I track my days and know what my numbers should be. And of course they were unaware until someone pointed it out to them!
My numbers are correct, but you and I may be coming in on different days.
