Curious to know if they’ve taken ethics and compliance violations into account or even lack of growth, as they made these decisions

When I joined 3M, stock price was $190, today the stock price is $90, and all the managers above my reporting chain remains the same but half of my colleagues working at the bench has been laid off, left for other opportunities or retired.
This is the reality today of this once mighty manufacturing enterprise.
More than ever before, senior leadership is out of touch with their frontline workforce. A recent Gallup survey found that 71% of c-suite executives believe their organization takes care of mental health, yet 70% of frontline workers report burnout or feeling at risk of burning out.
The good news is remain-co and HC will be big winners when Kearney has long-term contracts to support both companies in their transformation to world class companies.
A lot of waste still to cut below the JG15. upper management ranks are lean and mean. No way any cuts happen to such a great group of homegrown and imported leaders.
Go Pete Go!
If we are splitting up Solventumn and 3M and creating two and have needed to right size the employee head count? Why hasn't the company done anything to right size the Senior leadership team. Instead they continue to add more layers. Splittong up company, we are reducing revenue for parent 3M, where is the need for so many additional high salaried leaders especially in ESC and R&D, IT all of it? Why hasn't the board addressed this imbalance of so many extra leaders even counting back to 2019? If you are truly trying to unlock shareholder value you need to be better Stewards of company resources.
Friends (VP, SVP and higher ups) don't let friends ( inevitably other such top dogs) get laid off !!!!
Gibbons was able to get his son at Kearney promoted with the millions he’s been siphoning from 3M. Great gig if you can get it.
Good humor on telling us peasant class workers to bow to Gibbons tremendous additions to shareholder value and contributions to growing sales. We should all toast them.
Servants need to bow in homage to the renowned people leaders at 3M. The external hires like Gibbons have added billions in shareholder value.
3M leadership is the dictionary meaning of the proverb “stupid is as stupid does’.
Yup, those tiles are untouchable at 3M
Nope, never happens even though there are multiple redundant roles at this COC level. Some people are moved out or encouraged to leave the company but they always backfill with pals, especially our newest senior leaders. Cut elsewhere, But always invent a role, so they can hire friends and consultants. Nepotism is ruining 3M. Becoming worse than the McNerney te---r years and that is saying something for the largesse at the top.
