Anyone? Company factor?

Was this ever actually announced? I seem to recall it was in previous years. I just got my payslip and that was it. Looks like factor was about 1.15 from the number.
15% down on last year for me
big secret as usual. less than 1.3 for sure considering oil prices averaged 80 USD in 2023 as opposed to 100 for 2022.
None of these numbers makes sense. Last year was exceptional and company factor was 1.3, surely this year is likely lower. All I see is some random numbers in posts below. Does anyone really know ?
I’m told it’s 5318008
I have heard it will be on the low side at 0.57721
My sources inside are saying either 2.71828 or 3.14159.
- 14 is my guess
As en expat the max you will ever get is about 15% of your base salary. It’s really pretty poor compared to what you can get elsewhere. If you are joining for the SAIP you’ve been duped.
If you are european, smart, hard working, and land in the now typical saudization led department don’t worry about the annual bonus. It won’t be worth it. The office and camp is akin to Detroit, Tijuana, and Malmo with buses dropping off refugees from the third world regularly. There is no good offer unless you fit the bill above.
What percent of the SAIP do you get if you receive M? 50%, 60%, 70%, higher? I have an offer in hand and trying to figure this out before I commit.
Same as previous year, lot of M's and if they want to cash back, layoffs before March 1st.
