What are some of the methods our management will use to increase dividends and share buybacks? We all know layoffs are lever #1. Salary cuts and no CIP next? They have already cut back on janitorial care. Any thoughts on having employees pitch in and do that work too? Maybe we could have a fundraiser as well to help boost shareholder value. Sell cookie dough door to door or maybe coupon books to places that share our vision of someday a 100% dividend increase? What are some ideas you all have?

Why don't we cut Healthcare benefits since they are just a handout to the employees? People should have to work second jobs to get Healthcare and not be lazy.
The elephant in the room is to make cuts to retirement benefits. Biggest ones are matching funds (for active employees) and pension calculations for the soon-to-be-departed. Retirees are reminded all the time that retiree medical benefits are a gift, not an entitlement.
Miniscule raises that are less than the inflation increase.
Ummm just keep increasing and buying back, that’s it!
Why look for more oil when we can pressure our employees hard? For me I suggest maybe a bake sale to help the shareholders. Also maybe a 5K fun run where the proceeds go towards the dividend.
We could try finding more oil?
Maybe we could have a massive garage sale in the grass area near 1500? We can donate much of our possessions to help out the starving shareholders. We should also consider a non-profit campaign like Feed the Children. "For the price of a cup of coffee you too can help a starving Chevron Shareholder! For a little extra MW can get his kids a private jet just for them!"
@OP+1 management requires you to post up at Pete’s Brass Rail with a little eyeliner on and your tight jeans hiked up. You can take care of the boys before they head offshore. 50% of your cash will go back into the till for the shareholder dividends and buybacks. You can use the other 50% for KY and whatever else you need in order to get your work done. Your cookie dough won’t be door-to-door, it will be in your back door.
