PROS will buy Airline IT.
Sabre has a capitalization of merely 1B USD. Nobody is going to buy it for 5B USD.
I am no financial expert but if someone invests $5 billion and pays off Sabre's debt and then the company generates $300-400 million free cash flow per year like it did before, its a reasonable investment right?
For Booking Holdings it would be a small piece to swallow. They made 3 billion USD of net income in Q4.

No one will buy a company with $5 billion in debt and losing $100 million per quarter.
