What are your thoughts on forming a union to fight going back to the office and OT pay for those on phones?

I would rather $h!t in my hands and clap than join a union. Modern unions are no less corrupt than corporations.

it isn't impossible...
Since a union wasn't formed after they go rid of the pension it never will.
You must be joking with this post.
Must be a new hire from a chain coffee shop.....
Please name the union that could walk into a collective bargaining session and come out with a BETTER benefits package than what we already have. You're dreaming if you think a union would make a difference. We're not coal miners or steel workers. Ever work in a union shop before? It's not the panacea you think it is.
you are all a bunch of f*ing douchebags

You want to fight OT pay for those on the phones? 🤨
@3niy+1rZkd8Lj you should absolutely do that.
If anyone is brave enough we can picket outside the office after hours, and call all news channels. Fidelity hates press. I'd be willing to lose my job to stand up for myself, but most wouldn't.....scaredy cats.
Viva la home access. Revolt
If you want paid RTO commutes, or commute pay in general, focus on the elections and vote for democrats. In the primaries and general you should focus on those addressing climate change and pollution.
A shop like ours generates massive amounts of pollution and taxes you thousands annually. The idea that you should have to surrender your non-working time for commute and pay for the privilege is laughable in an intelligent society.
If you're not getting paid OT as a phone rep, seek an attorney that specializes in labor law. The RTO thing is just you deciding what company do you want to work for.
I think the fool wants paid for driving to work.
LOL!!
They pay me overtime pay on the phones. Do you not get it?
