Hello,
I recently started working at the big M this year. A friend of mine who referred me to the company also referred me to this website. Recently, My Sr. Manager required my group to return to office, Tuesday- Thursday. I first started working remotely near by HQ with no issues, after two weeks working on campus i was put on corrective action for not being a team player, i just want to do my work and go home. Also He might felt threaten by me asking why i was forced to return to office. Is anyone having this issue? My manager keeps bring up work your way only applies to individuals that meet the specific conditions/criteria. Anyone have some lead way on this?
