They can have it. Done with hearing this cr@p. I have worked more cruddy jobs, pushed myself more than most; and, oh, because I look a certain way, am the benchmark of problem root cause.

I was at some annual training in 2007 and the material laid out how white males are the root of all the world's problems (not paraphrasing).
