Thread regarding L3Harris Technologies layoffs

Lots of chatter about another layoff at Camden. Can’t say I’m surprised.

They are just rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic i.e. Camden. A pity that Tierney is still there along with his incompetent division leadership team. He's been promoted to his level of incompetence - was a good PM but is a terrible GM. Certainly not inspirational, not a people person. Can only criticize. Scared of any risk and adding buffers to all costs and pricing us out of the market.

140? Is that total head count including all the various "bargaining units" and "non-reps?"

Only 140 left in Camden.
Definitely more than 1%, unless someone had their arm and left nut yeeted out security

Camden got off light compared to other sites. Less than 1% of personnel.

Just got three offers in the past 2 weeks after Camden 10/23 RIF, all with better $ and benefits. There are much greener pastures ahead. Don't look back.

Looks like a corporate-wide event according to another post on here.
