They did an opinion survey at the Clinton plant and it doesnt seem like the plant manager read the results. Every1 I talked to said they put leadership nd overtime 4 main issues and new plant manager goes up and tells plant the way they post overtime is the issue. No sir it’s the overtime itself. If 3M had just promoted Vale a few years ago, you would have been let go sooner and given a much better job market to find employment.

My neighbor still works at the plant in Hutchinson, and she stopped over and told my wife that all remco. Facilities maintenance jobs are being outsourced starting in September.
This she said would be jobs like HVAC, plumbing, electrical, custodial, and some others.
