It's generally understood that it's easier to get a new job above say JG15 if you already have one. Otherwise, people will want to know why you got canned and are looking for work.

It is news today. Biden administration has imposed PFAS limit in drinking water. This means loads of new law suits on 3M from cities all over US that can't cover that cost by passing to consumers. Senior leadership worries about their paycheck but worker bees are not apparently.
