Haven't heard anything, but the sr leaders in that space are constantly complaining about how they need more people, so I'd be surprised if this is true for any phone based managed account role.

AI already does PAS, no need for humans.
Everyone has a PAS goal, highly doubtful they will have any layoffs since it’s a huge profit center.
