Corporate greed has completely taken over. At least there used to be some kind of a balance before, but that's long gone. There's truly no point in staying here with things being the way they are currently.

Someday, hopefully in the not too distant future, the economy will vastly improve. Companies will be hurting for quality employees and job seekers will have a plethora of high paying jobs with solid companies to choose from. It is then the tables will turn on this nasty organization and they will get a taste of their own rancid medicine. Their GBS model won’t be enough to sustain this failing business and maybe then - just maybe - the rotten management of this house of horrors will grow a soul and act like humans.
Always been that way.
