That sounds like a huge waste of money and another way to irritate your new employees. So you’re probably right.
XOM doesn’t do randoms of office personnel (unlike PXD) unless there’s cause. Like you rip your clothes off in the middle of a meeting and start beating the meat. But there’s ALWAYS a hire on test. Don’t do coca cola til you’re actually hired!
