Are contractors also required to come to office every month? I heard in some location like NH, it is not required. Any idea in TX, NC?

Don't be stupid. Contractors need to come into the office on same schedule as employees. How is that relevant to your post "be careful treating contractors like employees"? Here's a clue. It's not.
No contractors would come to the company if they ever did this lol
Fidelity better be careful with contractors. Seems they treat them too much like employees and that could get them in legal trouble.
