What's the severance policy this time? How many weeks of pay/benefits did you get? How many years of service?

yes you receive regular pay while training your replacement, as you are doing work for the company. then severance begins.

If you are laid off and training your replacement, do you continue to receive a paycheck until your end date, at which point you then receive severance?

What is the limit? How many weeks can you get, 26 still?

So you “stick with” the company until they decide they don’t want you anymore and now they are so happy with the people who stayed that they are giving them less severance than people they originally cut a year ago. Yeah, that makes sense…

I was part - time for a number of years then got promoted to full time I was so happy when that day arrived . I was on a call with my manger they said they will back date my start date to when I started with the company . I will get a few extra weeks and thanked them for this. It's time for me to knock the dust off my multiple Degrees that I haven't used in years and get a life.

1 week per year for employees.
It used to be 2 weeks, but the 7 figure c-suite swine in Manhattan didn’t want to lose their bonuses.
