DEI

If you are wondering how someone seemingly unqualified got their job and if it was the DEI quota program, I suggest you take a look at their LinkedIn profile. Over the years, leadership has coached DEI hires to remove work history that suggests they are unqualified.

See someone hired in the last few years with no work history before they were hired = DEI quota in effect.

Had a great VP of Support but he retired. We now have a DEI VP. Wonder how many more of our amazing leaders will leave to work for the competition before the really big dogs realize this guy is out of his league...........

It has become apparent that number of unqualified decision makers is increasing. I am deeply concerned for the company’s future. Time for me to dust off my resume.
