Has anyone heard more about the new compensation plans within XBS ?
I’ve heard one size fits all , no overrides on IT or other services , no production overrides and out cost to the field is significantly elevated.
Maybe at least they’re taking some time to not completely sc--w it up and drive everyone away.

I wonder if they held up JB's bonus because they haven't figured out the plan or bonus structure? It's May, and there are no plans/budget for sales, and the commission payments so far are way understated and do not reflect sale activity. It's nice to talk about reinvention but how much credibility does that goal have and the leadership team have when the same people can't figure out basic execution to pay commissions or figure out plans months into the year.
Rumor has JB isn’t a fan of the layers / overlays and that the general reps will not be compensated on anything related to IT services.
Regarding production , I’m not sure it matters given they’re not developing new products and are falling further behind on a daily basis.
They've set their direction / course and are aggressively moving to silo each business unit in an attempt to raise capital (cough , sell off business units).
Irrelevant: Xerox will not be successful selling IT Services to anyone other than SMB, if that.
yes, no comp plan, paying the field on the commission percentage only until TBD which is only one part of how people get paid. The SLT and compensation teams have no clue about the impacts.

NO SOUP FOR YOU!!!!!
Yes it’s been discussed in Mexico by all the staff who bleat about how hard done by they are. Plus the management who’s own kids surprisingly made it into the list
Well at least A3 tigers are getting their lion’s share.
I’m beginning to think that the earth is actually round and that xerox is not a very good company.
Face it: they want you GONE!
